Whilst in our personal lives Christmas is "the most wonderful time of the year", as a sole-trading hand producer, it can quite frankly feel stressful π β Everybody wants what they ordered 'yesterday' and as you get busier that urgency of deliveries feels less and less achievable. The other side of the coin is that if Christmas sales are buoyant our creative time is replaced with more and more of the stuff we don't like doing as much and this shows up in our motivation and productivity, slowing us down further.
Β
π Today on the podcast I want to give you some quick tips on how to deal with this busy time in your business in a way that allows you to feel like motivation and productivity never wanes.
