Food for thought, We have had conversation about camping ownership but nothing about "The Economics" of camping and campground ownership. It aint as easy as your think - So I put together this specifically for us as a people to understand that there is more to camping than buying a unit and going to camp. There are serious financial considerations when you are talking about Campgrounds, Locations, where your $$$ goes and "Ownership" that need to be discussed and talked about. This is actually Part one to that conversation and feedback is always welcome - but this is that Economics conversation rarely discussed. Its 25 min long but it will give a perspective on how the money wheel turns in camping.

IN this episode I want to talk about how campgrounds and Communities around them make their money. 

Why are their camping restrictions in some places and not other, ill answer that for you. What does it take to make it owning a campground .. it aint as easy as you think.

Old Man Winter is here in 2019. To Drafty To Cold and I need to Prepare

It is now January of 2020 and I started Fulltime Camping in my RV and NOW THERE IS COVID! HOW DID I SURVIVE!!!!!

We had to run to LA to get my daughter from school and this is how we did it with the states shutting down. 

There was a HUGE difference between the Mid Atlantic and the Dirty South and we are going to tell you all the juicy details.

This is a breakdown of the difference between  TA, (travel Centers of America) Pilot Flying J Davis and Loves Diesel Truck Stops. PRICE dictates where most go and type of units.

If you have a Gas Job Coach, Flying J is probably your best option here is the deal, use a Good Sam Card and you will get a good price. 

I only Get Propane there and fill the car however they have decent food and RV parking for a quick over-night stay.   

TA is my Go To for in and out fuel and Davis is becoming my favorite. Loves still has the best Coffee for Columbia bean nuts.

Nothing like funky doodoo in your RV. IF you have a smelly holding tank, Black Tank or Gray Tank this is for you! I am going to tell you how to clean those tanks with a black tank bomb thayt i have using for years consisting of

• 1/3 c Borax
• 1/3 c Baking Soda
• 1/3 c Citric Acid
• 1 tsp. Water

All you gotta do if follow my instructions and the funk is gone!
