Is it too soon to be critical of this plan or is Hollywood's negative reaction warranted? Next the guys talk about how Roy Moore is shockingly surviving the sexual misconduct allegation scandal. K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics explain why voters might not be so easily swayed from this scandal and why democrats are facing an identity crisis. Finally, the guys end the show by giving their thoughts about rapper Post Malone's scandalous comments about Hip-Hop and the reactions it got.

Kelley, had a history of domestic violence situations including one while serving in the Air Force. Could gun laws have changed the outcome of this situation? The guys delve deep into the "he knew what he signed up for" statement supposedly made by the President to Myeshia Johnson and how all parties involved expressed their own perspective of the President's words including White House Chief of Staff General John Kelly and Congresswoman Frederica Wilson. After that the Audio Apes transition into the recent Twitter hashtag #JusticeForJanet that developed after it was announced that Justin Timberlake would perform at the NFL Super Bowl Half Time Show. Finally the guys close out the episode by talking about their first impressions of the start of the NBA season, Kyrie Irving saying "suck my dick" to a fan and Steph Curry's $50,000 fine.
