Sharing with you why I started keeping a gratitude journal many years ago and how it helped me to be thankful especially at the lowest points of my life. Thank you for being here. 💜

📌 “In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.”- Harvard Health Publishing (Harvard Medical School)
Thank you for being here. 💜 Having 3 of my family in home isolation due to COVID19, it made me think of how important it is for everyone to be ‘prepared for anything’ and that includes financial preparedness. Hanging out with me is my high school best friend, a teacher, and also a certified investment and financial advisor in Pru Life UK- Jingle Dungo. Join us as she shares her essential tips and why anyone should care and start the soonest.
P.S. Apologies in advance for some of the background noise, I had my 2nd dose of vaccine that day and dealing with the expected side effects that I didn’t notice I used the grounded cable for the mic. 😅 No amount of post edit could remove it (with my current ’techy super powers’, this is the best I can do so far! 🙃 Still learning! 😉
P.P.S. This episode is not sponsored by any insurance company. It is one of my personal advocacies to help give more options for people to ‘unlock’ their skills and create the kind of life they want to have. If you want to get in touch with Jingle, she is searchable and reachable in FB.

Personal Journal:
When not one, not two, but three family members tested COVID19 positive and are in home isolation and I am so far away. Feelings of desperation and helplessness could set in, but is there anything I can do?

Happy New Year to me! 🎉 Four decades and a year! Post-birthday hangout. Joining me is a dear friend and a fierce woman who was born in the same year I came into this world. Have we learned anything?! Mid-life crisis?! People of our generation could relate, those who are ahead of us know what it’s like…and those before us might just learn something from our ‘heads up!’. 🙂 Thank you for being here. 💜

How can we support the children at home at this time of the pandemic? Glad to have my sister, Evangeline Grace (Line) on board as my first guest! She works at a non-profit organization called A Child’s Trust Is Ours To Nurture (ACTION). This is for all the adults out there with child/children at home. In this episode, we hope that our insights, as a teacher and a social worker will be helpful those who are needing some guidance. Thank you for being here. 💜
