In this episode we have a special guest who is interested in starting his own Podcast. So, we invited him to join us in our studio. He is a 3rd Grader who is also a history buff and we found out he knows quite a bit about our U.S. Presidents.
Can we stump the 3rd grader?
We also have another “Both Sides of the Fence” segment. Many of you may have dogs and may be dog lovers. But whether you are or not, do you think dogs belong in restaurants? Let us know what your thoughts are on sharing a meal while being watched by someone’s canine friend…or even your own.
Joe B. has another "Did You Know?"
And Tommy V. and Jay discuss their thoughts on this upcoming NFL Football season on “Two Guys Talking Sports”. How will your favorite team do?
So, sit back and take a listen and we hope you enjoy..

It's mid-summer and the fun keeps on coming. In this episode we look back at our Baymen Men’s Club Independence Day\Fourth of July Celebration open to all residents in our community and how we resolved the weather forecast. We check in with our “Two Guys Talking Sports” for a Major League Baseball midseason review and forecast for the remainder of the season. Joe B. has another 'Did You Know?". Ron D. tells us what's happening in our neighborhood in the coming months. Richie the Joke Man brings us another laugh, and Tommy V. hosts another round of Fact or Crap, our true-or-false trivia game, with our panel and a chance for listeners to play along at home.
Enjoy listening and enjoy the rest of your summer.

In this edition we review our recent Baymen Karaoke Party which always brings a lot of laughs to those who attended whether they were singers…. or attendees…or even reluctant singers who gave it a shot and were glad they did.
We introduce a new segment to our Podcast called “Both Sides of the Fence” where we discuss some issues within our community that have several viewpoints both in support of and opposed. Sometimes these discussions around the neighborhood can get quite heated
But our hosts break them down and attempt to provide both sides of the issues.
Today we discuss:
Should all residents have access to our community pool even during reserved paid events whether they pay the admission fee or not?
And…Should our non-sanctioned clubs, including the Men’s and Women’s Clubs, be allowed to use community facilities for their events?
This may cause quite a stir, and we welcome your input by email at [email protected] or voicemail at (609) 812-2949.
Enjoy.

This is our first Podcast back in The Studio, since our recent Live Audience Podcast so we start off with a recap and review of that Live Audience Podcast with Phil, Joe B. and Tommy V. Thanks to all of you who attended, those that participated, and those that have since listened.
A few years ago Ken Walter gave a presentation to our community on “Cutting the Cord” which is basically changing your TV viewing from a direct cable connection to a streaming service. Ken is with us to discuss exactly what “Cutting the Cord” means, how it can save you a lot of money, what your options are, and to explain that it may be a lot easier than you think. This should be of interest to anyone that is looking to Cut the Cord, or has tried and can use some assistance.
Enjoy.

We've reached a major milestone for our Podcast with our 3rd Anniversary and our 50th Episode.
To help celebrate, we invited our friends to come join us to watch as a live audience as we recorded the podcast and participate in a few games such as "Toys We Played With as Kids", "The Top 10 Joys of Retiring in Our Active 55+ Community", and another edition of "I've Got a Secret".
We want to thank all of those who attended including a few of our sponsors.
Whether you were in attendance or not, please take a listen and send us your comments to [email protected] OR leave us a voicemail at our new phone number at (609) 812-2949.
And we thank all of you for supporting us over the past three years.
We've had a lot of fun and hope you've had a few laughs along the way.

In this episode, Phil talks with Carol and Michael Aloisi, friends in our community, who have taken on an interesting hobby. They are self-proclaimed ‘Birders’ who have discovered the art of Birdwatching. They talk about cameras, lenses, binoculars, where they go locally and on vacations, some of their favorite birds, and the rarest bird they have seen.
You will enjoy this episode whether you are also a Birder, want to take on this hobby, or just get excited when you see that hummingbird revisit your backyard from time to time.

Have you ever forgotten where you put something you use every day? How do you end up finding it?
That’s the topic of discussion today from misplacing our wallets, keys, glasses, watches, phones, luggage, even our spouses.
There are phone apps that can help all of us for these common situations. (But don’t lose them.)
In this episode, we also discuss some fan mail and reaction to our previous Podcasts such as “Hugs, Kisses, and Handshakes” and “Music Therapy”.
Tommy V. and Jay give us their NFL Playoff Predictions and who is going to win this year’s Superbowl.
Joe B. has another “Did You Know?”.
Ron D. tells us what’s happening in the coming months in our community.
And Richie the Joke Man brings us more laughs.
Take a listen. It’s a great way to start off the new year.

In this episode, called “Music Therapy”, Phil met up with Sonny Prewitt, a musician, singer, songwriter, guitarist, composer, producer, music and vocal teacher.
Sonny is known to many as a member of the Southern Cross Band, a Southern Rock band who performed around the Tri-State Area and beyond during the 70’s and 80’s and recently at their 50th Reunion at the Osprey in Manalapan. NJ.
Sonny performs at house-parties, local clubs, and with his music partner in the duo “Melanie and Sonny”, and was welcomed here in our community several times in the past.
Most recently, Sonny has been performing at hospitals and Senior Assisted Living Communities and providing, what he refers to as, “Music Therapy” for his audience.
Listen as Sonny describes his audience, many with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, and the response his gets from singing and playing his guitar to many of their old-time favorites.
You can contact Sonny Prewitt directly on Facebook or by email at [email protected].

It’s the Holiday season with parties, events, get-togethers, and other social situations. What’s the best way to greet a friend, their spouse, or someone you may not be that familiar with?
Do you share a handshake, a fist bump, a hug, a shoulder bump, a kiss? What are your thoughts?
Tommy V. hosts another “I’ve Got a Secret” with his panel and guest Pat Lynch. Play along to see if you can guess Pat’s secret.
Joe B. has another “Did You Know?”
Ron D. tells us what’s happening in our neighborhood over the next few months.
And Richie the Jokeman is back to bring us a few laughs.
Enjoy the show.
