We continue our journey with this dragon egg except I almost completely ignore anything that’s actually happening in the game to instead talk about my first impressions with Devil May Cry, the new movie Prey and I go too in-depth talking about chess strategies.

It took months but my AOLP the classic Game Gear RPG Dragon Crystal is finally here! There’s both dragons AND crystals in this obscure 90s dungeon crawly roguelike. I actually kind of like it.

With the wars dying down, a new war sprung up and it was a war of information! I’ve learned about spies and nothing will ever be the same again with the existence of interstellar dragon spies. We’ve also started development on gateway research into transversing said gateways, exciting! I also talk about Team Fortress 2 and real deep dive of Dishonored lore. Also also shout out to the Paradox employee who listens to the podcast apparently.

We were bored and decided to copy a tiktok trend we saw of a guy playing cards against humanity with his cat. Basically reading the card and having his little kitty pick one at random as a response. Hilarious things ensue.

It took me three days to put this together but it’s finally here, the grand finale of Dragon Quest! We finish up finding everything we need, getting better gear multiple times and traversing the Dragonlord’s castle in hopes of saving the world! Big shout out to my friend Ginormous for giving me the game!

I spent off time talking to every NPC in every town, piecing together what to do and I found a lead! I travel around the world several times in this episode alone and I talk about things like Josh Strife Hayes and his Pokémon Red video essay along with the Gothic series and Skyrim.

This episode takes some wild twists and turns, to the point where I’d hate to spoiler any of it so I’ll just give you the bare bones description, Amelia and Ruka set off from Squin in search of adventure and run into a rather dashing wandering assassin.

We find ourselves barricades inside the workshop of the prison with rampaging zombies outside waiting to tear our faces off. Stuck between concrete walls and metal bars we strike a plan, we need to build a primitive rock drill, but first we need to find a razor and we saw one sharing a cell with a hulking zombie boy.
