Be all in or get out there is no halfway which sums up my experience last night at Rhythms Of The Night at Puerto Vallarta’s #1 Dinner Show created by the Co-founder of Cirque du Soleil.  The cast had unbelievable energy, high audience participation and gave a performance worth every penny - I highly recommend in fact add Rhythms of the Night to your “must see” list now.  Here is the lesson I took away it’s just like what the quote says above “Be all in or get al out. There is no halfway.”  When you make a decision you must be committed which means you are all in on whatever actions you need to take.  If hard work and long hours are involved, then you just have to do it — remember when you decide to do something, do it and finish it.  It’s either you are in or you are out. Follow the “Blue Line” in Mazatlan Mexico which is a wonderful place with fantastic people and amazing history.  I really enjoyed my stroll to Old Mazatlan from the cruise terminal. There is a big, blue line down the middle of the route so you don't stray from the cruise port outside of local tourist area. There were either police or military on every corner along the way to ensure your travels are safe.  What made the 20 minute walk to the main city enjoyable were the Blue Line Volunteers on every corner and along the route to answer questions and make suggestions.  These are locals (99% retirees from Canada / United States) who do not make one penny but show up every Tuesday to meet the cruise ships and chat with strangers — I asked a couple of them why do you do this “to make others happy…to meet wonderful people like you…to change what they say about Mazatlan in the press and on the internet.”  While I will always remember this special day in Mazatlan I will never forget the smiling faces, kind gestures, and thumbs up from volunteers who would take no money (and I tried to give a tip) but only asked that I pay the kindness forward to someone else in life.  My point is:  service is the greatest gift we can give to others.  Forever and always #TheHappyEntrepreneur“StayConsistentToday - The best days of your life are coming.” www.HappyEntrepreneursTribe.com #HappyEntrepreneurShow #TodayIsMyJanuary1st

You'd be amazed how much you can learn about life from cooking a 9-course Indian meal - which is what I just experience at Carnival Kitchen on the Panorama Cruise last night.  I went to the class with lots of doubt and reservation (got to be honest) — what I learned is cooking is a challenge just like life is a challenge.  It is hard and messy. It doesn't always turn out the way you expect, even when you do everything just right. It is also joyful and fulfilling. Life is like ice cream, enjoy it before it melts.  My wife Carla decides today we are taking a class  on fixing homemade ice cream from scratch (Carnival Kitchen on the Panorama Cruise) — imagine how surprised I was — but I went anyway although I really wasn’t in the mood because I had just learned Kobe Bryant and his daughter with 8 other people died in a tragic helicopter crash.
