Season 2 is all about the 'U in US'. In this episode Claud and I have a conversation about how Neurodiversity and Entrepreneurship. Claud is all about dreaming big and shares a little insight into his journey including about the habits needed to support positive wellbeing. 

Claud Williams is an award-winning entrepreneur, board member, and executive coach. Claud serves as an ambassador for the British Dyslexia Association while also consulting businesses via Birkbeck University. He is the founder of the personal development tech start-up Dream Nation, which has impacted the lives of thousands of young adults across the UK while working with a number of great organisations such as Google, Barclays, and Cambridge University. Claud sits on the board of several organisations, including two NHS Trusts, A South London Housing Association, and is chairman of a small charity. He has governance responsibility for more than 5,300 members of staff, 158,000 customers and service users, £435m in revenue and £1.3bn in assets. He also is a regulator for marketing and promotion of the  £25.5bn UK alcohol industry.

Nizam Speaks is a Spoken Word artist from North London. He first started performing in 2015 and has since performed at various events, festivals and open mic nights across London. His poetry is real, raw and filled with messages of hope. He touches on topics such as mental health, relationships, faith and more. He won an award for ‘Best Spoken Word Video’ at the 2019 Poetry Awards for his poem Dark Days. This is at a hard hitting, honest and emotional poem that leaves viewers more aware about what depression can really be like - especially for a believer. Aside from doing poetry, he works as a full time Maths teacher and has been able to share his art and faith with students at his school.
