Happy holidays everyone!

Thank you all SO much who have downloaded and listened to the FFF this year. I never wanted to add another podcast to the ocean of podcasts that already exist but it is because of you the listener that have made this possible.  So I just wanted to say thank you!

I have some exciting stuff coming for 2024, look to reset the FFF, and launch in 2024 with a bang!

Megan will be back with me as frequently as possible since she is the co host of the FFF and we are excited to ride along with all of you!
