Our guest today is Jacci Weber. She is the Co-founder of the Insights Career Network. Also the Team Lead of Pet Parent Insights at Mars. The Insights Career Network (ICN) is a community of marketing, consumer, user, and business research professionals who volunteer their tools, experience, and networks to help each other develop their careers. Mars is an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery, pet food, and other food products, and provider of animal care services. In 2022, Forbes ranked Mars as the fourth largest privately held company in the U.S. Prior to joining Mars, Jacci has served as an insights leader at Wendy’s and Nationwide.
