Song Of The Week : “The Acceptance Song” by Andrew Rannells, James Corden, Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman and the Cast of The Prom. This track is from the Netflix film of the musical The Prom now streaming. Some of the current reviews have said it is a little over the top, but I saw the show on Broadway a couple of years ago, and it was over the top, which is how it is supposed to be. There is no subtlety but an awful lot of heart. It’s a Broadway show for goodness sake, and it looks wonderful. See trailer below.
