Nicole Faith -Transformational Coach
My guest today is a Transformational Coach Nicole Joy is a Christian Single Mom
She is passionate about supporting people to step out of their shadow + live a fulfilled life in alignment with Gods purpose. We spent the podcast talking about the love of God and boy was it beautiful
"I am a Christian from Switzerland. A few years ago, I chose this faith out of my own conviction".
We discuss forgiveness a lot on the podcast , check out some of the content on her blog about forgiveness
Why we deserve the Gift of ForgivenessDespite the poor state that the world is in, there will always be things that make us happy. For instance our children. Children are fallible and we know the importance of forgiving them. Like our children, we adults also need to receive forgiveness. An attempt to visualize the biggest gift that God has in store for us.
We live in a broken world and get confronted with bad news regularly.
Crimes, diseases, deaths: so much is happening around us and it seems to get worse day by day. All these events shatter us. Yet in this same world, we manage to delight in the presence of the innocent.
A newborn baby, a happy child or a joyful puppy. Everyone that loves children or pets probably knows this feeling.
You find yourself looking at these little fellas, whilst you have a big smile on your face and feel this happy tingle in your heart.
I call this feeling DELIGHT.
Nicole helps her clients find joy ....

heysaturday- The Art of a Killer Dating Profile Pictures
How you present yourself online matters. How you present yourself on dating apps matters even more.
My guest Today @saskia_nelson kick-started ‘dating photography‘ in 2013 and have carefully selected all our amazingly talented dating profile photographers. They are all pretty special, you’re going to love them.
There is something exciting about being able to see an idea of what someone looks like as you read through the information they chose to share about themselves. The romantics like to craft a narrative in their mind about who this person is, how they sound, what they’re like, what they may be like together. All of this is made infinitely easier with a few pictures.
Saskia tells me at Hey Saturday, they specialise in just one thing. Providing the best dating profile photographers whose passion is to help you visually share the story of what it’s like to date you – indeed be in a relationship with you.
We want to help you create a set of dating profile pictures that make you stand out from others. That show people why they should date you over others. We want your profile pictures to connect emotionally with your ideal matches and inspire them to reach out and connect with you.
If you can pique people’s interest in checking out your dating profile, you’ll massively increase the number of matches you get from people who you vibe with.
We currently shoot in: UK Birmingham | Brighton | Bristol | Edinburgh | Glasgow | Liverpool | London | Manchester USA

What Suicide Left Behind- Linzi Meaden Suicide Grief
Host of ‘Paradisium’ - The Suicide Loss Survivors Community 💛Published Author &
What is suicide : Suicide means ending your own life. It is sometimes a way for people to escape pain or suffering. When someone ends their own life, we say that they "died by suicide." A "suicide attempt" means that someone tried to end their life, but did not die.
The Suicide Act 1961 is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It decriminalised the act of suicide in England and Wales so that those who failed in the attempt to kill themselves would no longer be prosecuted
Children growing up in lone-parent households are at significantly greater risk of committing suicide.
Every year 703 000 people take their own life and there are many more people who attempt suicide. Every suicide is a tragedy that affects families, communities and entire countries and has long-lasting effects on the people left behind. Suicide occurs throughout the lifespan and was the fourth leading cause of death among 15-29 year-olds globally in 2019.
Suicide does not just occur in high-income countries, but is a global phenomenon in all regions of the world. In fact, over 77% of global suicides occurred in low- and middle-income countries in 2019
More than 700 000 people die due to suicide every year.
For every suicide there are many more people who attempt suicide. A prior suicide attempt is the single
most important risk factor for suicide in the general population.
Suicide is the fourth leading cause of death in 15-19-year-olds.
77% of global suicides occur in low- and middle-income countries.
Ingestion of pesticide, hanging and firearms are among the most common methods of suicide globally
Linzi Meaden lost her only sibling to suicide in June 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown.
This book is open and honest and written from the heart. It completely captures the initial rawness of sudden unexpected death, the shock and aftermath of suicide and what suicide leaves behind as well as how she got through the funeral, the inquest and everyday life since.
If you would more advice from Linzi about her experiences you can join her group : Paradisium is here to ensure your loved one's passing by suicide was never in vain.
We come together to share our stories, our grief, remember our loved ones, say their name. We also offer regular activities such as; online choir, art classes, writing, meditations, dance workshops, running clubs, book clubs, spiritual connections, healing and support, experts, education and so much more. Jen McGuire a retired single mom with 4 boys shared her story of finding herself after raising her sons
Her book Nest: Letting Go from Italy, France and Ireland Paperback
At 46, Jen McGuire made good on a daydream. A little whisper of something that had sustained her through 25 years of raising four boys alone. She would sit in a broken down car in the school line up and think, "Europe." Pick nits our of her kids' hair, then her own afterwards and think, "Alone." Move from one rental home to another, and another, and think, "Someday." Someday she could go places. Beyond No Frills. Beyond the schoolyard. Beyond the park and the laundromat.

So this is a simple way to show why you need a phone based business or “side hustle” as many may call it!
It’s like a pipeline…or an assembly line..
1️⃣ You start at the front and generate active income (trade time for money) from your job.
2️⃣ You take a percentage of that income to start and keep your phone based biz moving into profit.
3️⃣ To take some of the profits you earn from your side hustle and use it to invest in “money making money” investments like real estate, forex, crypto, nft’s, and others like that…
If done strategically, should pay you residuals in the form of passive income (money you don’t work for) that covers your living expenses such that now you can quit your job…
🗣 If I can get you to truly get you to understand this…then more of you would be starting “low barrier to entry” side hustles like crazy!!
To believe you do not have time or money for something that should literally give you your time back and generate you more money is thought process that was taught by our very well intending, but broke-minded elders.
To break the financial curse. You do not need to depend on or turn to the government.
Turn to YOU…your new level of financial understanding, and your ability to see opportunity…
And THAT will help you move more confidently down the path of financial freedom!!
Now here’s the real juice…
When you finally get this…you can teach your children how to be free as well! 🎉
Breaking the curse starts with you!

Child Marriage Survivor PAYZEE MAHMOD Story- Campaigner against child marriage IKROW
A survivor of child marriage, who lost her sister Banaz in a tragic “honour” killing, Payzee’s focus to prevent “honour” based abuse and child marriage could not be more personal.
A Kurdish immigrant, raised in London, with a successful career in the fashion industry, she uses her voice to speak out as a survivor – not a victim – and has made it her mission to be a changemaker, helping to tackle these harmful practices.
Payzee’s first step on this journey was to publicly share her sister’s story at Karma Nirvana’s Day of Remembrance in 2019 ' She shared her story on her TED TALK 'Child Marriage that got over 1.1 Million views'.
As an IKWRO ambassador and campaigner, her story and experiences have reached international audiences, including the Kurdish community. As well as sharing her own story, she has spoken widely on the need for changes to the laws surrounding child marriage and “honour” based abuse across radio, television and newspapers, including The Sunday Times and the BBC. Through meeting with government officials and the Home Office Minister to explain first-hand why change is needed, Payzee and IKWRO campaign for better education, training and legislation to finally make child marriage a crime.
As a fashion enthusiast, Payzee draws on her kurdish roots and everyday life in London to inspire her handmade clothing designs. She loves the buzzing atmosphere of London and also travelling and discovering new places.
