She talks about different strategies to increase Positivity, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Achievement. Her strategies for increasing positive feelings and for finding fulfillment in FLOW are especially useful. The big message is that it takes several positive actions and lots of practice to build happiness.

This is my new favorite book about happiness! We're going to cover the 9 choices of extremely happy people: Intention, Accountability, Identification, Centrality, Recasting, Options, Appreciation, Giving, and Truthfulness. These are some great tools that any of us can use each day to create our own happiness.
