In this thrilling previously subscriber only episode, Jon and Jake discuss times they have gotten in trouble for making stupid mistakes, or being blames for the mistakes of their subordinates. But them's the breaks, that's what happenes when you have the awesome limitless power and authority of middle-management (sergeant), you have to take all the responsibility commensurate with that power (all of it).
Jon also tells the story of a correctional officer too real to be discounted and yet too buffoonish to be believed, in the first of many installments of stories about "Officer K", a slobbish oaf who is the sole reason correctional officers are seen unfortunately as something less than professional.
Finally the case at last is the story of the confusing excape from custody of Sean Christopher Williams, who started out in a van in Kentucky and by the time the van got to the courthouse in Tennessee he was no longer inside of it. That had to be a hell of a thing to report and investigate. Guessing that officer needs Indeed.
Jake comes through with a classic dad-styled zinger. B+
