In Polk County Florida, an off-duty Correctional Officer saw a suspicious male near children waiting for the bus. The stranger grabbed an 11-year-old girl, kidnapping her. Cops run towards danger when others merely dial 911: he ran after him, rescued the girl, and performed an arrest until police arrived. Now he's using his recognition to tell the County Commission and the community about the unknown heroes among them.
