Sadly, for you pie lovers out there, today's episode isn't exactly about pie (although Azza does reveal her relationship with Crack Pie, which clearly inspired the title). It is, however, quite a DELICIOUS exploration of our relationship with desire, addiction, conscious decision making, boundary setting and learning to love ourselves throughout the process--as challenging as that may be or seem at times.
We encourage you to grab your favorite dessert while tuning in. Azza has since parted ways with Crack Pie (still on good terms) and is now going steady with Honey Mama's Dutch Cocoa Nectar Bar...who, she conveyed, has been much sweeter to her AND her gut microbiome :-P
