What are emotions? Why do they matter? What do you do with them when they are not how you want to feel? Natalie shares how she helps women heal through energy work. She has a more holistic approach to be able to support her clients to do the work to come through the dark energy in their way.  When she was growing up Natalie found herself struggling with feeling like she didn’t belong or fit in. In order to cope with that she chose to wear masks to help her navigate her social relationships. “No one really knew who I was.” This feeling of disconnection lead to various negative relationships where she Natalie found herself struggling with substance abuse, toxic relationships, and sexual abuse, Using what she has learned through her career as a certified natural health practitioner and spiritual director, Natalie has learned to focus on the energy input and output. She states, “We are all one energy, living separately.” She has focused on inputting healthy healing foods as energy into her and movement as a way to get rid of energy within her body.  Natalie has also released new products in her healing shop. She has a new Moon Journal, a workbook to help provoke deep energetic shifts, and a healing key pin.
