The Waiting. That period of discomfort when you’re longing for something to happen, but it hasn’t happened yet is called waiting. As we wait to see our salvation revealed in the resurrection of Jesus on Easter, we will be entering into a time of sorrowful waiting through our Good Friday services on April 18 and 19. We will be joining the followers of Jesus who saw their friend and teacher arrested, condemned and brutally murdered. And we’re going to sit with them in that dark time of grief and apprehension, waiting for the fulfillment of promises as we prepare our hearts for Easter.
Listen now to hear how Abraham and Sarah waited for the Lord.
