For the last few months, we have been beating the drum for belonging to a local church. And we’ve said that one of the ways we show we belong is by getting baptised. But why get baptised? What is the reason for baptism? What does it mean? And for that matter, who qualifies and how does one do it?

Just before Jesus went to the cross, He shared with His disciples about how best people could see that He had changed their lives. It wasn’t about following rules and regulations. It didn’t include a certain way to dress. Jesus explained that the way in which we love each other will show society that there is something different about us on the inside.
