Don’t be a Causality of Spiritual Deception The writer of Hebrews reminds us once again that not all who say they are of God are genuine. We know that there has been deception in the church and there will be great deception in the Church’s future. But we don’t have to be victims of it. Our Responsibility Towards God As we come down to the end of Hebrews chapter 12, the writer has explained in great detail what God has done for us, and now he informs us how we are to respond. What does God want from us in our relation to Him? Join us as we take a look at how simple it is to please God now that He has made us righteous by faith.

The Depth of your Knowledge of God One word found frequently in Scripture is the word ‘Revelation” which means to make known or to reveal. God has given us a revelation of Himself because He does want to be known. If you say you have knowledge of God, how deep is that knowledge. Join us as we continue in the Book of Hebrews as we look at what constitutes having a deep knowledge of God.

Jesus reassured his disciples that when he returns from where they could not follow, “In that day, you will know that I am in the Father, and you are in me and I in you.” He then began to share with his disciples the allegorical parable of the True Vine. In John 15:1-8 we discover that apart from a vital relationship with Jesus we can do nothing, but in Christ, we can know the wonderful reality that we have been created to do good works.

Consider Christ As we enter into the twelfth chapter of the book of Hebrews, we are given keys to help us avoid collapsing. The third key that we come to in verse three, is to consider what happened to Christ when He was in the world. The world’s treatment of Him goes far beyond anything that we might experience ourselves. Join us as we consider the world’s response to Christ.
