Our Faithlessness & His Faithfulness The Bible is the history of man being an unfaithful lover of God. Throughout its pages, we find countless stories of people knowing what they should do to please God, but in the end failing to perform that which was right. Sadly, that’s our story as well. But Paul brings some good news to us in 2 Timothy chapter 2, reminding us of the faithfulness of the one we serve.

The Way to Victory The statistics can’t be denied, the Church is living no better than the unbelieving world. What we find in 2 Timothy chapter one is the key that will unlock victory’s door. The Lord wants His children living above the culture and now the Apostle Paul explains how it can be done.

How is Faith Passed to the Next Generation? What we see today is that Christianity is clinging to the decaying threads of past experiences. Through much of Church history, revivals have been single generation movements. However, what we find in 2nd Timothy chapter one is that God had been moving in Timothy’s family for three generations. Join us in our study as we discover what was unique about this family’s faith.

Finishing Well We are very good at beginnings, but not so good at finishing. The Apostle Paul wants the younger Timothy to finish well. As we close out our study of First Timothy, we are told what attitudes of the heart must be present for us to see the Will of God coming to fruition in our lives.
