Hello and welcome to our 300th episode; amazing this little pod which started all those years ago in the summer of 2018 with a few listeners has now grown into a show with the same few listeners - thanks for staying.

This show is mostly being silly, having a laugh and trying to make you laugh - there has been enough very serous talk and will be enough in the weeks ahead... WE DO however talk through questions sent in, about as serious as we get and also look ahead to that massive game against Forest this coming weekend.. now more than ever... COYS!!
