After Twilight, they tried to follow the formula and make a bunch more movies that would appeal in the same way. The Mortal Instruments fails to do this. The only thing really good in here is Jamie Campbell Bower. He tries hard while the "star" girl is just bad.The villain is even worse, the betrayal by one in the midst is inconsequential and what they want is not at all defined. Oh Hollywood, just hire some people with chemistry and then you might stand a chance of having a movie.

Hate Watching is to movies what candy is to Halloween. Bad for your health, but addicting.
