For this month's ODD story, April shares with us a tragic story from Dublin, Ireland. Anastasia "Ana" Kriégel began her life as a Russian orphan and was eventually blessed with AMAZING parents but what she struggled with most were her peers. From harassment to bullying she could never catch a break. When we were kids we adored our toys and stuffed animals. We loved them so much that we would take care of them by tucking them in at night and never leaving them alone for too long. Of course that was all play and pretend. However, for one of our toys it may have been more than that. It was Halloween time in 1998 when the first generation of Furby was released since then, urban legends surrounding the toy have circulated and have created a global rumor that these toys have the capability of being controlled by something we can't see.
