Almost everyone likes to eat salads. Whether it's tomato, cabbage or lettuce. There are those who are a little more daring and look for other ingredients with more interesting flavors. But, have you ever drank a salad? I mean, to make a smoothie with the same ingredients that you would use to make a vegetable salad or at least almost all of them?
Here I teach you how to mix these vegetables so that you can make a mixture that, although it is a little intense, will also bring great benefits to your health and a good detox for your body.
