Johanny realizes that talking about her shortcomings may not be as easy as she thought it may be. She starts the season with effective communication a skill she's not doing so well in. Nevertheless, to improve she will be joining a Toastmaster group in her area, seeking book recommendation on effective communication and using the STAR method.

The STAR method is an acronym to help individuals deliver answers to questions in a complete and concise manner.
