Today our host Amy (@amyfried) talks to Johnny Crowder (@johnnycrowderlovesyou), founder of Cope Notes and abuse survivor about his experiences with OCD, an eating disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. He describes his journey of working out to achieve a six-pack as the lead singer of a band and associating his success with his physique to actually enjoying food by finding healthy eating habits and intermittent fasting. Amy opens up about her own experiences with eating, including her unhealthy habits while being a college athlete in architecture school and they bond over their thoughts on being active/working out. There’s something to learn along every step of Johnny’s journey.
