Sitting at a desk or staring down at your phone for hours on end can tighten your body and decrease your mobility! Yikes :/
You may have even felt discomfort in your hands, wrists, neck, back, legs, etc. I’m not a medical professional or trainer, but a trainer came up with the exercises we’re talking about today.
