I mentioned during the show that I’d look this up and I remembered!

Around 40% of Americans have gym equipment of some kind in their homes. That number raises to almost 80% when you include ppl who have access to at least one fitness related item, like a yoga mat or light weights.

And yet approximately 70% of American adults can be described as overweight or obese. (I was shocked by that stat.)

It’s not just about the resources. It’s about the choices. And the underlying reasons for those choices.

It’s about the health of the whole person.
