John 14:6 In God’s Word John shares an answer from Jesus to Thomas, When Jesus was sharing that he was going to leave and prepare our home. Thomas, yet expressed his uncertainty…Jesus spoke truth into him and the others. “I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.””If ye had known me, ye SHOULD have known the Father also: and from henceforth ye know Him, and have seen Him. This is a vitally important teso verses. He is speaking truth as in their following Him they indeed should have, by everything Jesus spoke, recognized and known our Heavenly Father. Henceforth; meaning that from now on you WILL know. Even now there are those that say how are we supposed to know? Read the Word of God and seek His face and look for a personal relationship with God the Father, Jesus our Lord and the Holy Spirit our guide. Abba Yahweh, Yeshua and Paracletos. Psalm 42:5, II Corinthians 13:4, Jeremiah 31:25.

The scriptures remind us that authority is given of our Lord Jesus and He has given authority to us as His disciples. Declare it, seize it and know it is ours as TRUE believers and TRUE Christians. Knowing that he is with us always and that we have been clothed in the Robe of Righteousness. So, let us act as if we are the heirs and joint heirs of Christ as we are promised and that we are a ROYAL priesthood as told in I Peter 2:9 and our robes as told in Isaiah 61:10.

Hold your heads up and do not veil your countenance which should shine out that which is within; that being the love of our Lord and Heavenly Father. CenterHim in our lives and Jesus centered, Holy Spirit guiding. John 15:5, Ephesians 6:10, Genesis 1:26&27.

Remember that abiding does NOT mean just “hanging out.” Abiding is an interpersonal relationship and exchange with God, His Holy Spirit. Make the time for Him…He did so for you when He saw you from afar and came to hang on the cross. John 15:11, Isaiah 61;3, II Corinthians 6:10.

Seeking His righteousness and His presence is powerful. In studying today the Holy Spirit gave this to me…originally the quote came from a man named John F. Kennedy; “ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.” So, I pose; ask not what God can do for you, but what can you do for God. He calls us to be about His business and share His truth. Giving others the opportunity to be redeemed. God wants to count on you and not just count you. Be bold, courageous and upright in His truth. Psalm 32:7, 25:1-3, 27:8, 40, 34:22, 42:11, 43:5, 46:10, 63:1, Isaiah 41:10, 40:31.

Remember to seek HIS truth and knowledge, so that you will KNOW Him and not just about Him. Seek His face in the Word and do not be deceived by this that may or may not know about Him. The claim of knowing about Him is many times not accurate anyway. Always seek the truth and as David tells us in his poem, You say to seek and I tell my heart Your face I shall seek…Psalm 32:7, Romans 1:6, Genesis 3:8&9, John 8:12.

Remember always that though we are weak, in Him we are strong. In confession of our weakness we draw strength and all things are possible through Christ who strengthens me. We are children of the sovereign Lord and heirs and joint heirs with Jesus Christ in the Kingdom of Heaven and we need act like it more that we do. Walk boldly and upright in righteous boldness. II Corinthians 12:9&10, Acts 17:28, Colossians 2:6&7, John 14:20.

God loves to spend time with us and when we show Him that we love it too; make time to share with Him. Time seems to be a resource that we actually have plenty of and yet complain about it. We won’t share with loved ones, but in a limited capacity and we always have a reason for not sharing time….sacrifice time for God and talk with Him.

Sacrifice time to God and He WILL honor that. So many claim to just not have time. Why? Because YOU decide that time is so much more important to yourself. Remember that Jesus came to serve and not be served, His time was ALWAYS bent toward others, but He made time to spend with God and be in prayer. He started the day in prayer and thankful for the day coming and ending the day in prayer. Do not get so caught up in what we THINK is so important.
