Eva Andrade has been advocating for Christian values in isle politics for close to 30 years, both as the president of Hawaii Family Forum, a nondenominational Christian lobbying group, and as the executive director of the Hawaii Catholic Conference, the public policy arm of the Diocese of Honolulu.
The Hawaii Catholic Herald talked to Andrade a few days after the 2022 fall elections. She discussed topics like why she’ll never run for public office herself and low voter turnout in the state.
