In this edition of Brewstilled, I’m recapping episode 5 of HBO’s Hacks Season 4. In this episode we saw new elements with Ava and Deborah in their lives outside of their late-night talk show. For Deborah she experienced some of the negatives as the host of a late-night talk show after an encounter with the host of a different talk show. For Ava we saw more of her dynamic with the friends she made in the past episode. Yet, despite their conflict we saw that Ava and Deborah do indeed care for one another. I’ll be discussing it here on Brewstilled with a Lagger/Doppelbock beer style from Heater Allen Brewing as the drink pairing.
