We discuss the wild claims of Andrew Basiago, who asserts that as a child in the late 1960s he was recruited by the CIA for Project Pegasus, a secret program that utilized technologies found in Nikola Tesla’s papers to achieve time travel and teleportation. Basiago insists he traveled multiple times to Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address as well as his assassination, and that he was photographed at Gettysburg as a boy.
