There's no doubt about 2017 being the year of Bryn Kenney. The New York native leads in nearly every statistical category and is making a run at becoming the all-time money earner without a cash larger than $2,000,000, which has not been done before in the modern history of the game.
On this podcast Kenney opens up about making some bad decisions that lead him to being broke in late 2016, and the spectacular way in which he managed to turn things around.
Starting in November of 2016, Kenney went on a run of a lifetime of which the end doesn't seem to be in sight just yet. In the last 12 months Kenney has cashed for $8.7 million, $7.3 of which was recorded in this calendar year.
Kenney also leads the 2017 POY standings, and overall GPI standings, and with still nearly three months of poker left to be played it looks as though he has both of those places locked up.
