Kelly has very special guests in the studio, her daughters for mother's day! As you can imagine there's laughs and stories but making the world a better place also runs in the family. Happy mother's day to all the wonderful people who have mothered you and to all those who have had to learn to mother yourselves - we see you and appreciate you!

What if everything we have been told about competition is a lie?  What if collaboration and cooperation are better suited to take us where we want to go?  How did an Uno game in Sierra Leone and a volleyball game while I was 8 months pregnant get me thinking about a better way?  We have fun with this one because isn't laughter the best music by which to learn?  (Jama had her retainer in, and I was in my jammies so prepare yourself for a little goofiness as we question the status quo!) 

Everything is connected - but to fix it, we have to recognize the system and look past the individual.
