Have you ever felt betrayed or rejected by people you thought were friends? Jesus did, too. He invested three years of time into His disciples’ lives, teaching them, encouraging them, showing them God and His power, healing the sick. But in His greatest agony, His disciples bailed. Judas betrayed Him, disciples scattered, Peter denied Him. All but John abandoned Him, when He hung on the cross. He felt alone and isolated. How can we cope with betrayal? Check out this week’s episode, 20-If you have Ever Been Betrayed, Jesus Understands Your Pain: Biblical Mindfulness to Help You Heal.

Do you feel hopeless from past trauma-related depression? Does isolation hinder your ability to function? Do you wish you could release limiting mindsets and believe you had worth? Do you desperately wish you could reconnect with God and receive holistic healing support, but don't know where to start?
You are not alone, friend. Welcome to Heal Depression with God.
I’m Beth, who once struggled with depression and anxiety from childhood trauma, but have been transformed by God's love. I'm a certified inner healing life coach, and I'm a cancer survivor, too. I started this podcast to encourage other women with past trauma and help them to heal. A Christian, prayer warrior, encourager and loyal friend, I help women flourish through Biblical encouragement, holistic healing strategies and mindfulness. Whenever I can, I enjoy hiking majestic mountains and savoring the sunrise. I like dancing with my grandkids, and playing board games with my family.
It was not that long ago that I sobbed in deep depression as I battled breast cancer and worked through shame from childhood sexual abuse and trauma. I believed lies of worthless and thought God had left me. The shame and sadness overwhelmed me, to the point where I considered taking my life. At my lowest point, God reached down into the pit and transformed me with His love and grace.
It wasn’t until I began connecting with my Heavenly Father by reading the Bible, practicing mindfulness, journaling and enjoying nature that I believed my life had worth. I started healing, by renewing my mind and heart with His truth. I've healed depression naturally with God's encouragement, now living joyfully and confidently. I can help you heal, too.
In this podcast, you will receive healing BIble verses, holistic healing ideas for natural, drug-free treatments. You'll also receive mindfulness tips to transform your thoughts. As you understand your God-created design, you will flourish in confidence.
If you’re ready to ditch depression and rise in resiliency and confidence, then stroll with me through mountain meadows. We will heal together, as we journey towards hope, holistic healing and new beginnings with God by our side. We'll skip in the sunshine and transform like butterflies, set free by God's truth. Join me on Heal Depression with God, where together, we can discover a new day dawning.
