In 2001 Tampere, Finland, a man who went to his first energy healing course as a hobby. He not only understood the importance of the emotions to heal self but became expert in the same to heal others as well. Petri Filipczak an expert in energy healing and a trainer who has trained more than 1000 energy healers is going to share about how effectively the alternative healing therapies could help us in controlling our emotions. This in turn is the most effective way to heal ourselves.

Self love - a simple word yet difficult to practice. There's a lot of talk these days about self-love. It sounds great, but what does it actually mean? How do we love ourselves and why does it matter? All these questions will be answered in this episode.
When you love yourself, you have an overall positive view of yourself. This doesn't mean you feel positive about yourself all the time. That would be unrealistic!

Swami Vivekanand has said that We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far.
In this episode, I talk about Rumination that is the process of continuously thinking about the same thoughts, which tend to be sad or dark. We all know that stress begins with one negative thought. One thought that went unchecked, and then more thoughts came and more, until stress manifested.
The effect is stress, but the cause was negative thinking and it all began with one little negative thought. And this in turn manifest illness.
