In this episode, we enter the realm of the tarot and why this practice of working with the archetypes can be so powerful in our lives. We begin with The Fool. The Fool in the Major Arcana represents the potential for new beginnings, taking chances, and embracing the unknown with an open mind and a fearless heart. It also represents the archetype of the innocent, someone who is open-minded and unburdened by the baggage of past experiences or the fear of future ones. 

Join me for a powerful journey through the mystical realm of the Major Arcana, where we will explore the depths of our human experience and unleash these magical parts of self deep within our hearts. 

This episode is accompanied by a shamanic meditation where you can meet your Fool and begin a relationship with this part of self as a spirit guide. 

The heart center is a powerful place. In this episode I share how "mastering our minds" really begins in the heart. When we move from the mind space, into the heart, we acknowledge our divinity and can begin a practice of deep trust for ourselves. It is when we have a safer place to reside, we are willing to let go of the stories and attachments our minds cling on so tightly to. I share how shamanic meditation creates a world for our hearts to speak to us. Through visions, colors, animals, scents, energies and breath, we have access to our inner most truth: That we are spiritual beings having a human experience, and the heart is far more powerful than the head. 

In this episode I share about the power of our story. Why we carry it, the power we can give it, and how our attachment to it keeps us from authentic relationships and living in the present moment. I also share about how forgiveness can help us release our story and invite you on a journey to shift the power of your story in your life.

In this episode I share how a dark period of my life triggered a geographic that took me to a community of women that re-awakened my wild woman. This week we curiously ask ourselves: Have we banished our wild woman to the dungeon? Where are we suppressing her? We remember our wild child, a place and time we felt free to be ourselves, and we begin a practice of journeying with her and keeping her close. We continue our practice of trust for ourselves in the other realm.
