What to do when we are in transition, and our inner critic comes up.  This episode I talk about how I was able to quell my inner critic voices, and how I have helped many others do the same.  We have the power to overcome this inner dialogue and shine light on it so that it disappears...yes, I said disappears.   It's not a real voice...so it can be undone.  Let's talk!  This is one way to do the inner work of awakening.  Hope you like it.
