Hello and welcome to Heal Your Story podcast. Everyday, you and I wake up and tell ourselves stories. We decide who we are, what we like to do, who we love, and what is important to us. These stories are so ingrained, we don’t even realise we’re telling them. So are these stories working for you or against you?

It turns out it’s a mixture of both. And I’m here to share the good news: that you have the choice to lean into the stories that bring you joy, and heal the stories that hold you back from living the life you imagine. And we’re here on this podcast to explore all of this with you.

I’m your host Jamie Kennedy, an American expat living life in Australia. I'm a storyteller, wellness enthusiast and koala lover. I’ve used my education in Psychology to dive deep into the science and art of storytelling. I truly believe we have the power to heal through story, so let’s dive right in.
