"Well.....he doesn't say those cruel things to me ALLLLLL the time."

Words are powerful. They can lift us up or bring us down. What we say to each other matters. Sometimes we remember exactly what someone said years later.  Depending on what we agree with, it can derail us pretty quick.

So why does he go back and forth from giving you words of affirmation to words of cruelty? You may be asking yourself if you're in a narcissistic relationship or maybe you're just blowing this way out of proportion. But, you definitely feel devalued. This can be a very confusing and hurtful experience. In this episode, we'll take a deep dive into what is really happening and what the bible says as to how we should respond to it.
