Knowing and living from your identity in Christ is so crucial as a Christian mom, and today we're talking all about it.
We have to be intentional and it just can't wait. And I know it's not easy, so I'm here to encourage you (and myself as well)!
Lean in and walk away with truth to speak over yourself, so you can stand firm in the truth of who you are, feeling more confident to fully live out the life God has for you. I'm here practicing this and walking it out with you, and it's made a huge difference in my life.
I pray it does the same for you friend. Thanks for being here. :)

Fear makes you feel like there's an alarm going off, that you're in perceived danger and your nervous system feels like you have to react. You don't have to stay stuck in fear. You don't have to react. It's a process, but this really good news is worth pursuing and practicing daily. Trust me!
In this episode I want to remind you what God's word says about fear and your mind, so that you can take a breath and have more peace today.
God is NOT worried, AT ALL (we'll talk about this too). That alone, signals my mind and body to relax as I focus on the fact that God is truly in control, always with us, no matter what. And thankfully, he says do not fear, because the one who holds it all knows so much more than we do. We can trust Him. We can rest in that as we move forward in faith. Keep going.
Love you guys,
Hannah

Taking in God's truth over our lives is powerful, and we need to choose to do this daily-no matter how we feel and especially when we are tempted to believe lies about shame, fear, doubt, guilt, anxiety, OCD and more.
None of that is your identity. These are symptoms and signals to look inward with compassion, and I'm going to point you back to what Jesus says- it's always certain and unchanging.
He's the solid rock we stand on, while we feel all the things. And it's Jesus that will get you through it.
Over the years, I've found so much comfort in leaning on other's faith when mine has felt weak, so lean into this episode for much needed hope to fill your spirit and renew your mind. Today is not a reflection of how you will always feel, take it from me!
We go over:
-scriptures to point you back to Jesus-always (we need biblical encouragement daily)
-that you are not alone and will get through this (I've been there too)
-the difference between unwanted thoughts and sin, why anxiety isn't a sin and what it is instead
-the Lord's heart and compassion toward you
-bible verses that remind us that there is nothing we can do to change God's character, His truth, the way He feels about you- no matter how you might feel and WHY.
This is really good news. Let it sink in again and again.
I'm here to be in your corner friend, as I also remind myself what's true.
Love you and so grateful you're here,
Hannah

If you've ever battled unwanted, intrusive thoughts from OCD, I'm here to remind you what's actually true, and that you are not alone and there is nothing wrong with you.
And, if you're in the thick of it, I've been there, deep in the suffering and discouragement too and I'm here to tell you that you're not stuck. There truly is so much hope for you.
I pray that today's episode lets you breathe lighter, that you can begin to release any false beliefs you might have and see yourself as separate from it all.
It's a process, but lean into the Lord and the tools that he makes available. God's brought so much healing over time in my life and especially my mind, and he is ready to do the same for you and with you as you lean in, trusting Him. Jesus loves you beyond measure friend.
So grateful you're here,

What's your mindset when uncertainty, fear of the unknown and anxiety try to take over?Let me encourage you that you truly can change your mindset with practice because God gave you a brain with the ability to change. I've found so much freedom in this truth!
It's so empowering to know that you can cultivate a mindset that's rooted in God's truth, and in relationship with Jesus- knowing and truly trusting that God is who He says He is-
No matter what.
Today, we talk about 3 things you can do to practice this mindset, why it's so vital and I also share what God did in my life this past week that I hope encourages you as well.
You are not stuck with your same thoughts or alone in this. You really can renew your mind to God's word with practice and it is SO worth it. I've struggled with anxiety and OCD and still do at times, but because of Jesus, I've come a really long way friend and if I can, then so can you.
The Bible says nothing is impossible for God. Lean in to trusting who He is, putting these 3 actions into place and watch what the Lord does in your mind, heart and entire life.
So grateful you're here,
Hannah

Are you worrying about the same anxious thoughts and find it really tough to stop the overthinking? Trying to control future scenarios only steals our peace and present moment, instead of actually fixing things.
I've known this well and if you're like me, it leads to feeling exhausted, frustrated and burnt out. To say the least.
If you're feeling weary, I hope you'll listen to this episode where I share:
- why learning to trust God's character is vital
- how it helps anxiety, stress, the "what if's"
- what you can begin to do right now, so you can live more present and peaceful (more to come in part 2)
love,
hannah

Are you exhausted from struggling with overwhelm and anxiety? Ready to trade the overthinking and chronic stress of survival mode for lasting change? Do you have the desire to grow and heal with the Lord so you can show up more present, connected (and whole) for all that truly matters?
I’m SO glad that you’re here friend.
This podcast is here to encourage and equip you with faith based tools and disciplines to pursue healing and wholeness in Jesus (I’m walking this out alongside you) to not only feel more calm and confident in handling life’s challenges —but so you can fully steward and live out the life He has called you to (all of it). For His glory.
I’m Hannah— Jesus follower, wife, and mom. After trying to control anxiety for years, I was able to finally find so much healing. Reaching a whole new level of surrender after my second child was born allowed me to experience the gift of complete dependence on God, which has been key for true healing in my life.
Inviting God in during my hardest moments was without a doubt the best decision I could have ever made. He has given me more freedom in my thought life and continues to bring healing throughout all areas of my health. All of this once seemed unimaginable to me, but He can and wants to do the same for you.
If you’re ready for more peace, less anxiety, and to pursue healing and true transformation with the Lord —then be encouraged because you will begin to not only enjoy your daily life, but also step excitedly towards the hope filled future He has planned for you.
I’m so grateful you’re here. Let’s lean into the Lord, together.
