Coaching intervention : Grab a piece of paper & draw a timeline. On the far left end of the paper right May 2020 & underneath that write how you felt last year. Try to remember all the fears , uncertainty, & worries you had. On the far right of the paper write May 2021 & underneath that write how you currently feel. Next, draw a few dashes & write out what big wins you have had in the last 365 days. Draw a few small dash marks & write out what areas of growth that you have. Try not to focus on the areas of grown because remember what we focus on grows.
