Often times we can get to a mental place where we realize we don’t know very much about ourselves that doesn’t relate to other people. We often start to define ourselves by what we are to other people rather than the characteristics that make us who we are.

You may start to feel lost…. Confused… sad…etc.

it can be hard to find just start with so many thoughts going through your mind. Well I’ve been there. What helped me through these beginning steps was taking the time to organize my thoughts in a way that I could process them…. ON PAPER!
