Cheryl got into the healing world on her own healing journey, a long road of dealing with parasites, mold toxicity, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, gut issues, food intolerances, leaky gut, chronic inflammation, an immune system gone wild.

That healing journey led her into the world of fermentation, that journey led her to health coaching, that journey led her to herbal medicine, and that journey ultimately into functional medicine. She is passionate about helping people reclaim their health, happiness, vitality, and become their strongest selves.
