So much of our lives revolve around time: Life, business, work, school, events, kids.
Most of the time we don't seem to have enough of it and it puts us in a terrible state of stress and anxiety.
This mantra is to help your mind do something else other then freak out that the clock is ticking down.
We don't realize how much time is wasted dwelling on the fact that it's ticking by.
By giving your mind something else to do, it actually makes you more efficient at getting the tasks accomplished that you are trying to do.
It's crazy the stuff I can get done when I'm using this mantra.
