    BABY, I’M 30!!! 🎂👑💜

And I’m entering this new decade with one promise to myself: protect the peace I worked so hard to find.

In this special birthday episode of Healing Out Loud: Boundaries & Becoming, I’m reflecting on the lessons my 20s taught me about love, loss, grief, healing, boundaries, overgiving, and the fear of abandonment.

For so long, I’ve poured everything I had into other people, sometimes believing that if I loved harder, gave more, or showed up enough, they would choose me. But at 30, I’m learning something different: I’m worth pouring into, too.

It’s time for me to take some of the same advice I’ve been giving my beautiful people all year—to stop chasing, stop proving, allow myself to receive, trust God’s timing, and never abandon myself trying to keep somebody else.

My 20s taught me how to fight for my peace.

My 30s are about protecting it. 🕊️

Because when I think about how I should’ve lost my mind…

I didn’t lose my mind. I found my peace. 🙌🏽💜

Here’s to 30. Here’s to healing. Here’s to becoming. And here’s to choosing myself without losing my softness.

    That’s growth, baby.

    Now… let’s heal out loud. 🎙️💜

  • EP. 18 You Asked, I Answered- The PCOS/PMOS Q&A!

    Send us Fan Mail

    Y’all asked the questions… and baby, I ANSWERED. 😂🎙️

We’re talking hormones, fatigue, mental health, insulin resistance, treatments, fertility, advocating for yourself—and then y’all decided to get in MY business too! 😭😂

How did I get diagnosed? What have I tried? What’s working for me? When am I thinking about motherhood? How would I tell someone I’m dating about PCOS/PMOS? How’s the 30-day fast going?

    And apparently… am I accepting baby-daddy applications?! 😂

Nothing was off limits in this one.

But underneath all the laughs is a conversation I truly hope makes another woman feel seen, informed, and less alone. 🩵

Thank you to everyone who submitted questions, sent encouragement, and continues to support Healing Out Loud: Boundaries & Becoming.

  • EP. 17 PCOS Is Now PMOS?! Girl, We Need to Talk

    Send us Fan Mail

🎙️ PCOS Is Now PMOS?! Girl, We Need to Talk

It’s PCOS Awareness Month…but apparently, we have a NEW name to learn. 👀🩵

PCOS is now PMOS — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome — and baby, we need to TALK about it. 🩵

In this episode of Healing Out Loud: Boundaries & Becoming, I’m breaking down what the name change means, why this condition has always been about so much more than our ovaries, and where I am today in my own journey.

    And whew…a LOT has changed.

I’m down more weight, my cycle has been showing up ON ITS OWN 🙌🏽🩵, and I’m sharing the real about medications, vitamins, hormonal acne, facial hair, brain fog, and why consistency has become one of the biggest lessons of my journey.

But we're also going somewhere much deeper…

    Motherhood.

I'm turning 30, and I'm finally saying out loud what it feels like to wonder if and when motherhood will happen for me, what it means to trust God's timing, and why the question…

“When are you having a baby?”

…feels like a little stab every single time. 🩵

This episode is educational, but it's also personal. It's about learning our bodies instead of fighting them, advocating for ourselves, celebrating the small wins, and remembering that our diagnosis is part of our story—it doesn't get to become the whole story.

So to all my PCOS/PMOS girlies…

this one is for US. 🩵🎙️

    Same journey.
    New name.
    Still becoming.

    Now…let’s heal out loud. 🩵

And don't forget: the next episode is our PCOS/PMOS Q&A, so get those anonymous questions submitted because next time…

    Y'ALL GOT THE MIC. 🎤🩵

  • EP. 16 No Reply Was the Reply!

    Send us Fan Mail

Ever been ghosted and immediately wondered, “Was it me?” One minute the interest is there, the communication feels consistent, and you’re starting to believe this person may actually be emotionally available… then suddenly, silence.

In this episode of Healing Out Loud, we’re getting real about what happens after the ghosting—the overthinking, deleting the number, blocking and unblocking, waiting for the notification, and even what happens when the ghost decides to come back. But more importantly, we’re talking about learning to stop blaming yourself for someone else’s silence.

Maybe you don’t need to know why they disappeared. Maybe you simply weren’t in the same season. And maybe that door closing wasn’t rejection at all… maybe God was protecting you from something you couldn’t see.

Sometimes healing means accepting that no reply was the reply—and trusting God enough to keep walking.

What if the closure you've been waiting for never comes?

In this episode of Healing Out Loud: Boundaries & Becoming, we're talking about the difficult truth that not every ending comes with an explanation, an apology, or a final conversation. Sometimes the greatest act of healing is choosing peace over answers and trusting God with the chapters you'll never fully understand.

If you're struggling to let go, still replaying old conversations, or waiting for someone to give you the closure you deserve, this episode is for you.

It's time to stop waiting... and start walking.

    🤍 Keep setting boundaries.
🤍 Keep becoming who God created you to be.

  • EP.14 The Version of Me They Never Got to Meet!

    Send us Fan Mail

Some people only knew the version of you that was surviving, settling, shrinking, or still figuring out who you were. 💭 But they never got to meet the version that came after the healing. ✨

In this episode of Healing Out Loud: Boundaries & Becoming, we’re talking about becoming someone your past wouldn’t even recognize—and realizing that not everyone was meant to have access to this version of you. 🦋🤍

And at the end, we get personal. 📝 We write a letter from our old self to who we are today, then respond from our new self with love, grace, and gratitude. I even share my own letter with you. 🥹💌

Because sometimes the biggest proof of your healing is realizing just how far you’ve come. 🌱✨

    That’s growth, baby. 💕

    I never planned to quit.

What started as a simple 21-day fast unexpectedly became six months of choosing healing over coping.

In this deeply personal episode, I'm opening up about my journey from depending on Mary Jane every day to discovering that the very thing I thought I needed to survive was actually keeping me from fully living.

We talk about addiction, anxiety, depression, temptation, faith, and what it really looks like to choose freedom one day at a time. This isn't a story about perfection—it's a story about progress, becoming, and believing that change is possible.

If you've ever felt trapped by a habit, a relationship, a mindset, or anything you thought you couldn't live without, this episode is for you.
