The only way out is through. Use your breath to come fully present in this moment. Allowing yourself time to get anchored and secure. From this place of ease, we will choose to stop running, stop avoiding whatever has been weighing on your heart and mind. 

When we avoid feeling, everything amplifies. Avoiding our pain causes it to fester and grow, transforming temporary distress into long term suffering. Allow yourself to fully feel the pain, the grief, the betrayal, no need to analyze or judge what is coming up for you. As we invite the fire of transformation into our mind, our heart and our body.
