We start with healing our own heart, and then the world changes to reflect the harmony of our own hearts. This isn’t a mental process – it takes healing and cultivating the power of our hearts.
Join our free weekly meditation series to begin the 16 inch journey from your head to your heart. Most of us live somewhere behind our eyeballs, but we begin to live life in the flow when our presence resides in our hearts.
Hosted by Rev. Steven Winn, you will begin to heal personal and collective wounds through the immense power of your heart. You will learn a simple method of meditating with your heart, fostering self-love, emotional healing, and flourishing relationships.
Each 45–50 minute session includes heart-centered meditations and then optional one-on-one healing opportunities, all free and accessible online. Join a supportive community every Wednesday at 9 AM Pacific to cultivate inner stillness, love, and the strength to transform personal challenges while contributing to the collective healing of America and the world.
