Healing the whole human

Each response to the world is just a reflection of what we have chosen to remember

Peace is on the horizon and so many things that we can see within the time lapse of this experience...

A poem

In this moment, may we love ourselves, love our families and utilize this moment to create the world we truly desire

Even as the times reflect a moment of separation; we know that we are indeed so much more. We are perhaps a living record of what has become of us. So, instead of being in a state of pettiness and grief; we will seek to better ourselves and our families. Now is the time to heal. Now is the time like no other to see what we can do to show up better and do exactly that.

No more guards up. No longer is there a reason to hide behind the mask of someone else’s words. I’ve freed myself and that led me to love.

I bow my head, and I remember; for love we waver. For love we live, for love we learn the lesson and existence of duality

This evolution is one in which I can obtain. Meeting myself where I am now and trusting my process. I’m while eagerly seeking the best way along the way for freedom is etched in choice and yet found within

Being free means that we are willing to heal the things at once weren’t able to be Healed. We are willing to look at the pain to strip it back, and decide if there’s something there that’s worth remembering in a healthy manner. Being free is a movement towards liberation by seeking the spaces within yourself that are asking to be looked at. Freedom is courageous
